Book your Birthday Party at Polar Ice!
Party Option 1 book your party during one of our famous open skates!
This is one of our most popular options for birthday parties!
Host your party during one of our open skate events. Most Saturday nights we have a large open skate, with lights off, party lights up, and of course music going! These skates are a blast, and a hit with all ages.
Your group is given a locker room to use as your party room. (You are welcome to arrive early to set up and decorate as you desire).
The skates are typically 2 hours long, and you are welcome to stay later for cake & present time as well.
We provide a folding table and a bar top table inside the locker room for you to use (and there is plenty of seating).
Rate for this party booking:
$100 party room cost + normal admission for skaters. (This is collected as a non refundable deposit to hold your party reservation).
$10 admission and $5 skate rentals.
No charge for spectators / party attendees that do not skate.
We tally party-goers at the door, and invoice the final balance at the end of the party.
Note that any skaters that have active Polar Ice Rink-Rat memberships will not be charged to the birthday party. (They get in free)
Party Option 2 Book a private party, rent the whole rink!
Want more privacy or need alternate day/time options for your party? A private party may be the way to go!
With a private party you have the freedom to do lights on, or lights out (with party lights and the disco ball). Music can be one of our party mixes, OR you can send us a youtube or spotifiy playlist and we can play your music of choice! :)
Skate aids are available for use. (We have seals, reindeer, and the traditional push behind style).
Birthday bookings are 2 hours long, and you are welcome to stay later for cake & present time as well in the party area.
Your group is given a designated party area to use. (You are welcome to arrive early to set up and decorate as you desire). Most popular for this option is to use the lower bleacher area as you can set up tables right against the rink glass, and have a great viewing point for parents and spectators to look over the ice while the kids skate. You also have the option to use a locker room if that is preferred.
We provide a folding table for your use.
Rate for this party booking:
$375 party cost, this includes up to 20 skaters.
Any skaters over 20 are billed at normal admission ($10 per).
All skate rentals are $5.
